| Agitator
Wastewater from cleaning pigpens is collected into a sewage pit. Before the wastewater pump transfers the water to the solid-liquid separator, the agitator stirs the pit to prevent solid particles from settling at the bottom. This homogenization of the pit contents improves the efficiency of the separator.
| Pressing
The new-style press machine is highly suitable for pressing solid materials in livestock operations. After pressing, the solids’ moisture content is reduced to approximately 60–65%, which shortens the compost fermentation time.
| Composting
With stable moisture content, compost piles can be stacked higher and more steadily, optimizing space utilization in the composting area. Reduced moisture also lowers the amount of volatile odors, making compost transportation easier.
