First Generation
•Model: L type is for industrial and general wastewater, LS type is for livestock wastewater, LSP type is for fiber wastewater.

•Features: Vacuum assisted dehydration, steel cable filter.

•Disadvantages: It is easy to get stuck, the cable is easy to break, and the electronic control system is complicated.

★ The products launched at the same time as Liaa shenn Machinery are still vibration and radial flow types, without auxiliary dehydration and filter equipment.

Third Generation

Model: LP type for livestock wastewater

•Features:

The machine body and extruder are formed in one piece, so there is no need to purchase them repeatedly, and the wire rope type net washing has low cost.

•Shortcoming:

The steel cable is a consumable and often breaks, so it must be replaced regularly. The nozzle moves up and down, and the micro switch is difficult to locate.

Fourth Generation 

•Model: LK series for livestock wastewater

•Features:

1. Gear-type reverse washing machine, with a sturdy and durable structure (no need for forward and reverse rotation)

2. Single nozzle, sufficient water pressure, no hair plugging.

3. The machine body has a solid structure, no consumables, and can be recycled.

4. Simple electronic control (no forward/reverse rotation or micro switch).

Fifth Generation

•Model:LK livestock wastewater treatment

Features:

1. The water-cut mesh is produced by ourselves, with a gap of 0.3~0.5 m/m, which has the most thorough filtration and the longest service life.

2. Gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, no need for wire ropes and electrical parts, etc., and can be recycled.

3. Use chain to drive the extrusion axis to assist dehydration.

4. Automatic detection, full water level start, filtering, pressing, intermediate net washing, and stop net washing are all automatic.

Shortcoming:

1. Extrusion axis: when there are too many solids in the sewage, the extrusion dryness will be unstable and the humidity will be too high.

2. Driven by the chain, if the chain and bearings are not maintained, the service life will be reduced.

Sixth Generation
•Model:LK livestock wastewater treatment is currently the main product. 2013 ~ now

Features:

1. The water-cut mesh is produced by ourselves, with a gap of 0.3~0.5 m/m, which has the most thorough filtration and the longest service life.

2. Gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, no need for wire ropes and electrical parts, etc., and can be recycled.

3. The new screw extruder has no chain gear, the motor is directly driven with low failure rate, the dryness and humidity can be adjusted, and the compost is easy to handle.

4. Automatic detection, full water level start, filtration, squeeze dry, intermediate net washing, stop net washing and filtration are all automatic.
